Consulting Engineers Associates 2005 Ltd. (CEAL) is a locally incorporated firm of Consulting Engineers and Project Managers which, with its predecessor company, has been operating in the twin-island republic of Trinidad and Tobago since 1993. CEAL was founded by Mr. Vaughn Lezama who has been in engineering practice since 1979 and who serves as the company’s Chairman and Principal Engineer. Mr. Lezama is a Fellow and Past President of the Association of Professional Engineers of Trinidad and Tobago and a Registered Engineer with the Board of Engineering of Trinidad and Tobago.
